2. Data Collected

Ch'ti Scan does not collect any personal data directly. The application connects to your own Odoo server and all data (expense reports, receipt images) is stored exclusively on that server.

• Login credentials: stored locally on your device to maintain the session.
• Scanned images: sent only to your configured Odoo server.
• Device language: detected to display the interface in the correct language (French or English).

3. Camera Usage

The application uses the camera solely to scan receipts. Images are sent to your Odoo server and are not transmitted to any third party.

4. Data Storage

Session credentials are stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage. No data is stored on third-party servers.

5. Data Sharing

No data is shared with third parties. All communications are exclusively between the application and your Odoo server.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. Contact your Odoo administrator or write to sbt@irokoo.fr.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The last modification date is indicated at the top of this page.
