2. General principle

O'Time is a mobile client for your own Odoo server. The app has no server of its own: it communicates solely with the Odoo instance whose address you enter. The publisher has no access to your data and receives no copy of it.

3. Data processed

• Server address, database and login: kept on your device so you do not have to retype them and so you can switch between several Odoo instances.
• Odoo session token: kept on your device to maintain the connection. It is removed when you sign out and when you uninstall the app.
• Password: never stored. It is entered on the sign-in page served by your Odoo server, which handles authentication alone, two-factor authentication included.
• Timesheets, tasks, tickets and projects: read from and written to your Odoo server directly. Nothing is duplicated elsewhere.
• App settings and device language: read and kept locally for display purposes.

4. Network connections

The app only connects to the Odoo server you specify. No telemetry, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking SDK. App updates are delivered through Expo Updates (Expo, Inc.), which receives only the technical data required to deliver the update and no data from your Odoo server.

5. Permissions

No sensitive permission is requested: no access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location. The app only requires network access.

6. Data sharing

No data is shared with any third party. No data is sold.

7. Retention and deletion

Information kept on the device is removed when you delete the instance in the settings, when you sign out, or when you uninstall the app. Business data remains the property of your organisation and is governed by your Odoo server's own policy.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection regarding the data held by your Odoo server. Such requests fall to your organisation's data controller, that is, your Odoo administrator. For any question about the app itself: sbt@irokoo.fr.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated as the app evolves. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
